工場廃棄物の資源化の取組み

Our plant has been engaged in production of various kinds of sheet as well as film with adhesive coating to meet customer's need and expectation. In general and conventionally any remaining (odd) products from the production process had been incinerated at our plant so as to make use of heat energy derived from attempts for “Thermal Recycle.” Aside from “Thermal Recycle” for producing thermal energy from the wastes a feasibility study was made to see if those remainings could be reused or recycled as other resources for new “Material Recycle” path. Research to find or discover or develop it has been conducted since 2003 by our “Recycling Center” that was established at the plant in 2005 for constantly increasing the yield of Material Recycling by various attempts and for promoting a collaboration with mold maker. Currently the yield of recycling wastes reached 50%.
