After the World War II many metallic mines were developed in the industrial policy aiming at recovery. Their concentration plants are composed of a combination of powder technologies and new powder technologies have emerged due to the development of some powders theories and the introduction of new materials. Subsequently in the process of rapid economic growth many steel plants and cement plants have been constructed resulting in developing new production technologies. In this regard the powder technologies in the concentration plants have played an important role. After the oil crisis the focus of Japanese industries shifted away from gheavy and largeh products toward glight and compacth products. However the powder technologies centered on microparticle technologies are used extensively in many fields of industry such as electronics medication chemistry energy and the like. From the times after World War II powder technologies is a key technology for every industrial development until now and from now on.
