It is becoming necessary for us to manage many kinds of risks. To the internal risk internal control system has been established and strengthened. Another risk to be managed is natural disaster especially large earthquake. Although when it occurs is unpredictable it might cause serious damage. Our main production base in Japan is located in Shizuoka Tokai area where the occurrence of large earthquake is anticipated. It is an important issue for us to manage the risk of huge earthquake. This paper describes how to manage to natural disaster and the issues to be tackled.
