The spray dryer is able to make up powder from feed liquid directly. There are so many products made by it that are from food medicine and perfume to chemical products and ceramics. Therefore it is necessary to conduct the spray drying test for suitable designing to each feed liquid for various products. I report the importance of tested data for apparatus design focusing on each elemental part which forms spray drying apparatus.
